CLA 2027 Swiss Ground Staff: VOTE!
Esteemed colleagues,
The time has come: We need your voice! By the end of this week, all SEV-GATA members will be sent a personal link to vote on the Swiss CLA 2027. The same link will also provide access to the documents outlining the negotiated result, which we already published in our email on 18 June.
Voting will be open from Saturday, 4 July, until Sunday, 19 July 2026. On 4 July, you will receive a personal voting link by email. The email will be sent automatically by the online voting platform umfrageonline.ch, with the sender listed as "SEV Gewerkschaft des Verkehrspersonals". Occasionally, these emails may end up in the spam folder, so please check there if the email does not arrive in your regular inbox. If you have not received it by 6 July, please contact by email.
Regarding the implementation, we have now agreed with Swiss that the reduction in weekly working hours for TMB will be granted in the form of additional full days off. For the remaining departments, suitable implementation arrangements will also be made with the employees concerned in each individual department, with the aim of generating additional days off.
The negotiating delegation and the Sounding Board recommend accepting the new Swiss CLA 2027. After lengthy and challenging negotiations, we are convinced that this outcome represents a set of exemplary achievements.
