Dear Colleagues
After the shocking layoffs by Swiss, we are here to support you. The outplacement agreed between us and Swiss in the social plan supports you in your job search and when preparing your applications. We support you in safeguarding your interests, i. e. checking the modalities of your situation (notice period, social plan benefits) and handling the objection and lawsuit in the sense of "improper termination". For the latter, all you need to do is send in the documents as stated in member mail 7/2021.
