CLA 2027 Swiss Ground Staff
Esteemed colleagues,
Last Friday, Swiss and Lufthansa published their financial results for 2025. In a press release, we clearly set out our expectations for the upcoming CLA negotiations.
The day before, the second Sounding Board (SB) meeting for the Swiss CLA 2027 took place. A majority of SB members found it difficult to prioritise the demands that had been proposed, as all of them were considered very important. In order to give even more power of expression to the broad support for our catalogue of demands, we have decided, following a request from the SB, to expand the SEV-GATA negotiating delegation by up to three members from the Sounding Board. The requirements in terms of content, time commitment, responsibilities and role awareness are considerable. Eligible candidacies submitted by SB members will be presented for election to SEV-GATA members who are employed at Swiss. Electronic voting is expected to take place from 18 to 23 March 2026. Please watch out for the email with further instructions during this period.
To successfully implement our demands, the active involvement of our members will be essential. Thank you for being prepared to contribute. Members of the Sounding Board have been tasked with organising member meetings. Your support matters.
