In the first half of 2026, we plan to negotiate with Swiss regarding the CLA (Collective Labour Agreement) 2027. The negotiation dates have already been scheduled. As always, we will make our members’ involvement a priority. To start off, we will conduct a survey to compile our list of demands, which will be followed by a sounding board and assemblies. Our goal is to negotiate a mutually acceptable agreement with Swiss by 30 June 2026, which our members then are eligible to vote on. If we cannot reach an agreement, the unions jointly or Swiss itself may terminate the CLA at the end of 2026. In the case of an escalation like this, new modalities for negotiations and collective action would apply. On 19 November, you will receive an email from us with a link to the survey. SEV-GATA members are invited to participate. New members can also take part if they submit a membership declaration immediately.
