Swiss makes pay talks break down
Dear colleagues
Swiss continues its confrontational course: Despite adapted demands and a good business process, Swiss makes pay talks with ground staff break down. Insisting on a pay round in which salary increase will be nil and paying a Christmas award of CHF 500 for each worker, Swiss shows a disregard for staff and social partners. During the weeks to come we'll see what union language Swiss will understand.
Anyway, have a nice holiday. Let's prepare for the future and settle the dispute to the satisfaction of all staff in the New Year.
