CLA Renegotiations with Swiss Ahead
Invitation for Meetings
Dear Colleagues
After the wage talks ended in failure and the negotiations were broken down by Swiss, the company has the cheek to pay each staff member a bonus of SFR 500. Fair play doesn’t always seem to be Swiss’ sort of thing, particularly in this case.
Now that the CLA was cancelled by Swiss for the end of June 2014 we’ll have to renegotiate as mutually agreed.
Therefore we need to know the opinion of our members! Several SEV-GATA meetings are due to take place during the next weeks. We want to discuss our demands and the possibility of influencing the development of the CLA talks and the union positions by our members and by special actions. At the same time you’ll be informed of the employer’s intentions to introduce an “enhanced wage system” at Swiss-Technik.
Following meetings will take place within short:
Friday, 24 January 2013, 12.30 h – 13.30 h, Werft 2 in Zurich
