Special Update for Swiss Technics: SEV-GATA Members Clearly in Favour of the Shift Planning Agreement

With a high turnout, the members of SEV-GATA working at the Swiss Technics departments TMH and TMG have approved by a large majority the solution on the new shift planning agreement presented by the task-force.

Dear Colleagues,

Many thanks for the strong participation in the vote (87.9%) and for the trust you have placed in us. We are pleased to inform you that 92.6% of the participants in the e-voting approved the new shift planning for the TMH/TMG departments. It is now definitively clear: the 5:5 model will continue in 2026 – under the same conditions as before. These conditions were already presented to you on 18 September by e-mail, on 21/22 September on site at TMH, and on 26 September in Geneva.

The road to this result was long and not always easy. But the whole process impressively demonstrated what is possible when a strong and broadly supported union works closely with those affected. Our special thanks go to our dedicated group representatives: Dennis Martens, Robert Skiba, Joaquim Pinto, Luis Rodriguez, and Gilles Ducourthial.

Next year, the CLA negotiations are coming up, and we will once again face important challenges. All the more crucial that we carry the current momentum forward and win over those colleagues for SEV-GATA membership who have not yet joined our community. It is up to all of us to actively and with commitment accompany the CLA negotiations.

Once again, many thanks for your trust!

Best wishes,

SEV-GATA, your union in the aviation industry!
