Opportunities for Aviation With Fair Working Conditions:

Call for a Collective Visit to Swissport-Management on Sat., July 23, 2022, 10.00 am

The time has come: The passengers are back, aviation is booming … However, staff shortages lead to extreme burdens for many colleagues. Passengers have to deal with queues, cancellations and rebookings. A disaster that could have been avoided!

The reasons for this mess were the mass dismissal at Swiss, the application of a crisis CLA at Swissport and Swiss, as well as questionable prospects of improved working conditions at Swissport.

Working Together for a Fair CLA

On Saturday, July 23, 2022, we will bring forward our demand for a fair CLA with a protest visit to the Swissport Management.

Meeting point: 10.00 am, Check-in 1, Destination Board (Zurich Airport)

Employees at Swissport who are affected directly, other employees of the aviation sector, family/relatives, friends; neighbours and supporteres – all of you are invited to spend around 1 ½ hours with us at the airport on Saturday. During our collective protest visit, we will demand a commitment from Swissport management to regulate working conditions fairly in a newly negotiated CLA on the basis of the 2019 CLA from 1 January 2022.

In order for our common demand to become a reality, your participation in collaboration with people from your environment and the membership of many colleagues is required. Not a member yet? Join now at www.sev-gata.ch. Come join us, so that we can fight together for YOUR interests successfully.
