Dear colleagues
As punctually as the leaves fall in autumn we’re starting our calendar campaign and pay negotiations.

This year, too, the popular SEV-GATA calendars will be distributed again. Campaigners, members of the SEV-GATA managing committee / secretary’s office and shop stewards will be present from ca. 06.30 to 08.30 h:
Zürich Obstgartenstrasse: Thursday, 17 November 2016
Zürich Unterdorf: Friday, 18 November 2016
Basel: Monday, 21 November 2016

2017 Swiss Wage Submission
On 17 November 2016 we’ll have the first round of pay negotiations for all Swiss CLA staff. We’ve submitted following wage demand for 2017:
- 1.25% increase of the individual salary of each employee
- Adjustment of the salary bands acc. annex 1a to the CLA ground staff: Increase of the basic monthly wages (minimum and maximum) by CHF 100,-.
- CHF 50,- monthly health insurance contributions per employee.
With our claims we give Swiss the opportunity of keeping its promise and making acceptable annual wage adjustments. Further info to follow, …
