Wage Negotiations With Swiss: Update!
Dear Colleagues
The response from you, the Swiss employees, was impressive. We all share the fair and justified expectation of proper wage negotiations.
After the handover of our protest note on 27 November 2023 (photos at https://sev-online.ch/en/medien/medienmitteilung/2023/swiss-bodenpersonal-hunderte-rote-karten-gegen-die-lohnpolitik-der-swiss/), a meeting with HR management was scheduled for 30 November 2023. Due to illness, Swiss was unable to attend the meeting.
We have not yet received a statement from the management board concerning our protest note. Today we sent a letter to Dieter Vranckx and Christina Trelle with the following message: "The dissatisfaction of employees is growing, and we consider it imperative and appropriate for Swiss to resume these wage negotiations with the company's decision-makers immediately."
